Product Review: Etude House Black Charcoal Chin Pack

Hello again my dear dolls!
It's been a really long time since I have updated my blog and I feel really ashamed of myself on not sticking with my promise of having a blog post even once a week.  I know I always say sorry but I do hope that you will understand.

So let's go straight with the review

For today's review it will be the  Etude House Black Charcoal Chin Pack.

Product Description
Formulated with black charcoal additives to remove oil and pore sebum. Patch tightens pores and contains aloe vera to improve chin complexion.

From the product description itself, you will know what the product is for. I just bought this because of the really cute printed girl and for removing some whiteheads on my chin. That's the only thing and nothing else.

PRODUCT
It is like the usual eye mask but for the chin part. It smells like real charcoal that's why I didn't had the chance to put it in my chin part for a very long time since I am bothered with the smell. What I like is the cooling part which I think is not really necessary for the chin.

HOW TO USE
1.) Wet chin with water
2.) Remove clear film from pack and fasten adhesive side to chin for 10-15 minutes.
3.) Remove strip when dry.

PACKAGING
It comes in the usual sachet for mask type products. What caught my eye is the cute little girl that is printed on the front part of the packaging.  What I can say is that this is more like an eye gel patch which comes in a clear film where the product sticks and you can just simply remove it like a sticker and stick to your chin. The upper part or should I say the front part comes in color black which I think is the charcoal. Just see the photos below for a better description.

VARIANTS
From this line, it came with different products for the eyes, nose and chin. For this certain product, this is the only variant that you can buy.

AVAILABILITY
This can be purchase at any Etude House Boutiques and SM Department store beauty section/Watson's. I can say that this is also a fast moving item because it's always out of stock.

THE PRODUCT: Etude House Black Charcoal Chin Pack

PRICE:  Around Php 58-98 (Sorry I can't really remember)
PLACE: Etude House SM MOA
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
  • Cute Packaging
  • Easy To use

WHAT I DON'T LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
  • The smell is kind of bothering (at least for me)
  • Didn't do anything
  • Kind of expensive for a chin pack

WILL I RECOMMEND IT/ BUY IT AGAIN?:
I don't really recommend this product. It's pretty much a useless product for me. Maybe you'll buy this because of the cute packaging or simply out of curiosity.

RATING:  1/5

THE VERDICT:
If it weren't for the cute packaging and few whiteheads on my chin part, I will not buy this product. It is just a waste of money.

Have you tried this product? Can you recommend an effective chin pack? Please do let me know.

Till my next post my dear dollies.
Take care and always stay pretty!
