Product Review:Etude House Drawing Eyebrow #1

Hello again dollies!
Here I am again for an another Etude House review!
For the product review today, let me present to you the Etude House Drawing Eyebrow #1

This is my first time using an eye brow pencil and I don't usually groom my eye brows so for the first time using this kind of product, I got one from my favorite brand Etude House.
This product comes in a two way twist up pencil form wherein the other side is the lead while the other side is a brush. Cool right  This product comes in 5 shades and I got the #1 which the SA says is a dark brown.
product code

What I love more about this product is that it is refillable and the refills cost only Php 78 The brush that comes along with this product is pretty neat and decent. Not bad for a Php 148 eye brow pencil..
here is the brush kinda reminds me of a bottle brush hehe
The brush's quality is really good. It is a really soft brush and I love it! Here is what the tip of the product looks like
I love that it has a product code in the tip as well making it easier to  find refills
and here is how it looks like with the lead
the lead kind of reminds me of a chocolate :b
The product is well pigmented and you can't go wrong with this even if you have a heavy hand. It doesn't come out really dark so this is a plus.  You don't one your brows to look like Rock Lee from Naruto hehe and with the use of the brush you can blend the colors easily on your brows. I love that this product is travel friendly so I always put this in my makeup pouch because I am always in a hurry and I just do my makeup (sometimes) in school/mall or for touch ups. So for the product swatch

See how good the pigmentation is? I do this swatch with a heavy hand but still the color didn't came out too dark. I love the pigmentation of this because I always go for a natural look. Now for the swatch on my brows.
before

after

Did you see the difference? The product really matches the color of my hair and brows and I love how natural it is. The only downside of this product is that it doesn't have a really good staying power. I think the product faded for an hour or two. (I'll update you dollies on how long this product really stays ) Overall this is a pretty good product for its price.

THE PRODUCT: Etude House Drawing Eyebrow #1
PRICE: Php 148
PLACE: Etude House Market! Market!
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

  • 2 in 1 product
  • nice pigmentation
  • value for money
  • pretty handy

WHAT I DON'T LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

  • staying power
  • the sticker of the product code in the cap that makes it look kind of dirty

WILL I RECOMMEND IT/ BUY IT AGAIN?:
I do recommend this product for all the dollies that is always on the go and looking for a nice eye brow 2 in 1 pencil that you can value your money with. I will buy the refills of this product and maybe try a different shade.

Product Review:Etude House Fresh Nailwash Safe 01

Hello again dollies!
I miss blogging and I miss you all. I'm really happy that we have a long weekend and I sure hope that I could use the extra time for blogging.  So let's head on for the review

For today's review I will be reviewing my current favorite nail polish remover. It's the Etude House Fresh Nailwash Safe 01.

This nail polish remover comes in 2 variants. I bought this one because (you know) it's pink! I believe that they also have another nail polish remover which has a really good scent but I think that product is kind of expensive for a nail polish remover. I bought this one during the grand sale so this is much cheaper compared to the original price of Php78 which is still quite a deal for a good product
This nail polish remover is not your ordinary nail polish remover because it has somewhat a good scent. (just don't sniff it straight from the bottle) The consistency is watery just like an ordinary polish remover, what is unique about this product is it's packaging where it comes with a push and turn cap for safety purposes. I don't know if this design will help the product from spilling but I can say that it didn't work since I tried to put the product in a lying position in my nail kit and to my dismay 1/4 of the product already spilled waa
I didn't took a picture of the back of the product since it is all in hangul and I can't read those hehe For the product performance, I can say that it really performs well. It can remove any kind of nail polish. I tried using it with different brands of nail polish and it does the job really well. What I love more is that if you use this on an Etude nail polish, the polish can be removed quickly with just a few swipes. I also love this product because it doesn't make my hands dry and doesn't make my nails peel unlike of using an ordinary nail polish remover. Since that it removes nail polish really well, this product is also economical since I just use 1 cotton ball (yeah you heard that right) which I cut it in half and it just removes my nail polish easily. Let's see the product in action.
yay clean nails!

and a closer look
See how it removes polishes without leaving a trace?
that's how I love this product and I never knew that removing nail polish can also be fun.

THE PRODUCT: Etude House Fresh Nailwash Safe 01
PRICE: Php 78 since I bought this during the grand sale I got it for Php54)
PLACE:  Etude House SM Megamall
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

  • Cute packaging
  • value for money
  • has a nice scent
  • removes polishes really well
  • moisturizing
  • no peeling of nails

WHAT I DON'T LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

  • the design of the cap which is not spillage proof

WILL I RECOMMEND IT/ BUY IT AGAIN?:
Yes I will surely repurchase! I do recommend this to nail polish addicts that has a hard time removing nail polish.
RATING:
I give this product a perfect

Product Review:Tony Moly Fruit Princess Lip Gloss #2 Plum

Hello again my dear dollies!
I'm here again to do a review!  So for today's review, will be an another Korean brand which is Tony Moly! Now let's see who is the star.
Ta da!

product code under the container

It's the Fruit Princess Lip Gloss in #2 Plum
As soon as I saw these lovelies at the Tony Moly Facebook fan page, I got so excited and wanted one ever since and I'm really glad that I already have one.
There are actually 7 princesses but I only got one because I think it is quite expensive.
So on with the review

I really love the packaging. It is so cute that you can't resist it. I got the pink-est of them all which is the Plum. I just wished that the strawberry is much pinker. In case you are wondering, it is named Fruit Princess Gloss because of the fruit that each princesses represents. Each gloss has a different design based on the fruit. Here is an image of the other princesses.

I think the product is quite expensive for it's size.
See how small it is?

Even though it is really small, it comes with a cute little doe foot applicator that is attached to it's head.

The product is really nice. It has a sticky like texture like other glosses but it is not that sticky when applied to the lips. As you can see the color of the gloss is pink but when swatched at the back of my hand, it tends to be sheer but it has little pink shimmers in it.

I hope you can see the small pink shimmers that I am talking about

Gomen ne (Sorry) dollies but I did everything I could to take a good picture of theshimmers that I am saying.

I am expecting that it will have a sweet smell but it doesn't have any.  I sure wish that it has a sweet smell too just like EH's glosses.

Now I will show you what the product looks like when applied to the lips.

Bare lips

product already applied

As you can see it doesn't give any hint of color to my lips. It only gives a nice shine to my lips but it looked like I drank a cooking oil straight from it's bottle. This product is more of a clear gloss and I think you can't wear this alone. I guess this will look good on top of a lipstick
For me this is just an OK product.

THE PRODUCT:  Tony Moly  Fruit Princess Gloss #2 Plum
PRICE:  Php 300+
PLACE: Tony Moly SM Megamall
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

  • The very cute design and packaging

WHAT I DON'T LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

  • Quite expensive
  • Quite small
  • Not that pigmented
  • No sweet smell (knowing that it is a fruit flavored product)
  • Looks like I ate something only when applied

WILL I RECOMMEND IT/ BUY IT AGAIN?:
Maybe I'll buy the other 6 princesses if I have extra money just for the sake of collecting them. I do recommend this to those who loves to collect cute items like me.
RATING: I give this product a    2/5

THE VERDICT:
This is a really cute product but it doesn't perform that good. I'm just a sucker to cute products that's why I bought this one.

Now that's for today's review my dollies. I am really sorry for a not so good review because I am not really in myself today.
I promise that I will do good next time
Stay tuned for more reviews my dear dollies.
Take care and always stay pretty!
